THE FINE PRINT

• Buy an optional membership! The cost is $85 PER FAMILY. A membership gets you 8% off camps . A membership also locks in an After-Camp rate of $8.00 per hour vs. the $9.00 per hour rate.

• Full refunds (less $10 processing fee per camp) are available through April 1st. 50% refund (less $10 processing fee) available through May 15th. No refunds after May 15th. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• Minimum enrollment is required for specific camps. Programs are subject to change or cancellation due to insufficient registration. Full refunds will be provided under these circumstances.

• We will not pro-rate fees for campers arriving after the start of the session or leaving before its completion.

• There is a $10 fee to make any changes to an existing registration. If the camp is sold out, we must find a replacement before making the changes. No changes may be made within two weeks of the start date of camp.

• Canteen cash is non-refundable and can’t be applied to camp tuition or after-camp charges.

• Ask for our Tax ID #. You may qualify for employee reimbursements or tax breaks!

• To get your first choice of camps and dates, we suggest registering ASAP. We sell out every year!!!
